I have never been to therapy before. I really felt the need to go. I’m going through a really tough time in my life. So I worked up the courage to go tell a complete stranger all the darkest parts of my life and opened up a lot. I scheduled with Emily….and we had one session that I thought went okay. We had an hour long session. And I scheduled to come back in a week. 1 day after my first session I got a notification that she cancelled my next appointment. No option to reschedule or anything.
