I have a long way to go still, but my counselor at keystone is amazing. My previous counselor through keystone left the facility, but she was amazing as well. I have tried counseling at least a dozen times in the past with really bad results. These guys are all the best around. This company is who I'm sticking with until the day I'm better.
As someone who has been both a client and provider in the mental health field, I can honestly say this is a safe place staffed with safe people; from office workers to therapists. People are treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care for their well-being. Privacy is maintained and definitely a judgement-free zone. The atmosphere is calm and soothing and there's flyers posted with information for all types of support groups, food providers, and other services. There's no better place to start your healing journey
Don't waste your time with them, instead find a psychiatrist. All they care about is getting their money for the services, they don't care about their clients. I had a fever and canceled an hour ahead of time, then they threatened me with discharge if I cancelled again. I wasn't aware that they would expect me to predict a fever 24 hours before the appointment. It's been nothing but problems with the office staff, they're not nice. I have had a great experience with Keystone Counseling I feel I would not be alive today without them. I always look forward to their call and they always call and they’ve helped me through so many things and made me achieve a lot of my goals. I appreciate all they’ve done for me.
