Every time that I went there, the nurse practitioners were so nice and so were the nurses I would recommend this place. If you need any kind of Care there sometimes free they do take insurance or low income. Very nice place.
Best staff! I travel an hour to get here due to Kelly Richards, she is the only dr that actually listens
The nurse who drew my blood needs to be retrained, she went through my vein and had the needle almost into the hub while moving around describing her shoulder surgery to me after I repeatedly told her not to try to move my arm because my shoulder needs replaced. The CRNP who I saw should have did cultures because of my post history instead of just looking on a slide and determining my diagnosis and not diagnosing me correctly.
