Brutal service. Better chance of me hitting a 4-seam fastball off of Paul Skenes than to get help from one of the agents. Website is just as bad. Terrible service.
Absolutely incompetent. Told me I owed taxes, yet had the earned income incredibly wrong. For over a year I've sent them the documentation to show them it was wrong. They simply kept sending out the notices with the incorrect amount. Calling the office didn't help, so I directed my employer admin/HR department to call on my behalf since I kept getting run around. They refused to even speak with them. Still have not fixed the amount, yet will make sure they keep sending notices that I owe. Absolutely ridiculous.
As a new resident in PA who moved in just prior to Covid... these thieves never informed us we had to file with them at all. How can a mandatory tax filing not be communicated to new residents? How is that legal?? I work out of state and am not responsible for ANY local tax... just now found this out 5 years later after paying "delinquent tax bills" of over 2200$ a year. Now we have to fight to get our money back.
The website doesn't work and zero customer support. UPDATE: Keystone commented and said they resolved the issue and that was incorrect. Also it's a new year and still having issues with the website saying our information is incorrect when in fact it is 100% correct.
