I received a letter stating I owe school taxes in Bethlehem from 2017 to 2023, which I have never lived in Bethlehem. I have no idea how they just sent me this notification just a few days ago and didn’t bother to call or check if I did in fact lived in Bethlehem.
Just reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney's office. We shall see what happens!
Staff here is absolutely miserable and useless. After calling for three days and being unable to get through I went there to get a copy of my paid taxes and was refused until I made the last payment. This company is a disgrace.
Filed back on 2/10. Got a letter in the mail stating the W2 was needed. Sent them immediately. Still haven't recipient my refund. I called 3 times and they said they are busy. Smh
Unreal. If the state contracts these people to collect local taxes, I hope to god their contract gets rescinded because this is ridiculous.
