I do not believed this is a real company owing ones refund from April 15th and now directing me to another Tax company. It's unacceptable
Even after confirming with your township that you do not owe taxes, Keystone Collections group will hold and pocket the money they garnished. I am currently reaching out to our state rep to see my options in getting over 500 dollars they garnished, after they admitted we didnt owe anything. Contact your state rep and township once you receive any contact from this company!!
Leaving 1 star because I can't go any lower. I have been receiving school taxes at my address for my step son who has not lived here in over 5 yrs. Next I get a wage garnishment letter stating my school taxes have not been paid. Hint my wife pays them at the same time, and she does not receive any type of garnishment. So heads up, sounds kind of crooked to me
