Lost paper work that was submitted for a refund.
This company is a predatory scam and everyone that works there is incompetent and unwilling to help in even the slightest manner…I submitted documents multiple times while waiting for a “determination”. After one of their employees told me to not pay until the determination was made they stated a letter was sent to a previous address that was never received by me but I’m supposed to magically know they sent something to an address I lived at 2 years ago. If I could give you guys zero stars I would. Why am I getting a final late payment notice for taxes for a state I both paid taxes in and haven’t lived in in almost 6 years? Nobody answers the phone. I haven’t gotten any other mail. I lived there for like maybe two months, and somehow I owe nearly 400$ that I haven’t ever heard about until now. The paperwork isn’t even right, it’s for 2022/2023 and I haven’t been there since 2021. Why am I getting something about late taxes 3 years later?
This organization is truly horrible. My tax professional, friends, family, and I have all had issues with Keystone Collections. Their own customer service representatives have told me that I’ve been done with their return process. I call back after a few weeks to request an update and get told I have to resubmit documents all over again. This has gone on from April to present day. Wish this business was looked into.
