Filed back on 2/10. Got a letter in the mail stating the W2 was needed. Sent them immediately. Still haven't recipient my refund. I called 3 times and they said they are busy. Smh
Unreal. If the state contracts these people to collect local taxes, I hope to god their contract gets rescinded because this is ridiculous.
Been trying to do my taxes for several days, the website just crashed every five minutes.
PA needs to investigate this company, its ran by scam artists. We haven't moved in years and now my wife recieved delinquent tax owned to 2 townships she never lived in. The E-file website has been down for months, so your forced to mail in the forms. I'm sure in a few years we will get a letter that we never filed this year with all kinds of late fees attached.
The website doesn't work and zero customer support.
