Keystone has installed both a mini-split and an on demand hot water heater at reasonable prices. Both were easily scheduled, and were done in the timeframe specified.
Sean is one of the best HVAC techs in the area. Extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, and stands by his work. I have used him for both repairs and new installs and I am always happy with his work. Highly recommend.

After my HVAC unit exploded and caught my house on fire I was dealing with a very difficult insurance situation. Sean was amazing with dealing with this issue and swooping in to replace my unit in ONE DAY!! It was a job involving a total switch out of multiple parts and he worked all day long. I cannot begin to commend him on Keystones excellent customer service with Lori and with him in the field. I will never look for another company again when it comes to these problems.
