The worst!! What a joke. They have no idea how to run a business, talk to customers, or repair power washers. Do not bring your power washer to be serviced here. Called on a Monday to get an appointment and said Friday was the soonest they could gt me in. Ok although I thought that was a while for a repair shop. Especially when every time Iv gone in there's nothing being done any where and was nothing being done when I dropped it off. Also was told by the so called front desk person. The recent floods left my basement and the exterior of my house in an awful state. Keystone came right out and power washed it back to its original state. Nice and dutiful workers and a job well done.
