My time working with this company has been great. Any issues with maintenance they are quick to address and resolve. I will continue to work with their excellent staff in my rental needs.
I did a application almost two weeks ago while there was no application on the property I applied to then was told that someone else’s app was moved to the property and if they didn’t hear anything from them by Wednesday that they were going to run my application it’s been over a week. The property is still listed. I have not heard anything. I have literally drove all the way to their office and they are not open. It seems kind of scamming to me and I’m about to dispute this with my bank and for those who are in the comments... read more
This company has a lot of great homes and good properties.. but I've had my application in on a home that's been up for rent since last November and I have not heard anything on my application status in weeks since I spent my money. I've tried to call and email NO RESPONSE and my children and I lease is up TOMORROW and I thought I would have heard by now from KeyStone about my app or something by now. AVOID THIS COMPANY All the bad reviews are true, they take your application fee money and never reply back. They will say it’s on a first come serve basis but that’s not true either. Over 500+ contacted them about 1 property and the house still up for rent it’s obviously a scam. I’ve put in multiple applications as soon as they make a listing for any property , meet every requirement and still never get a denied or accepted response been over a month now
I’ve read these reviews and most seem like first time renters that don’t understand that just bc you pay an application fee doesn’t mean you get approved for a house and I’ve never seen a company that allows a couple to use 1 application if both are to be on the lease. So anyway, I’ve rented from a few companies with very bad reviews, like seriously bad reviews not just people mad they didn’t get what they want, and so far Keystone has been really cool.
