I'm changing my review because I just got some of my deposit back and I'm not very happy because they are not forthcoming when it comes to fees because there is no rhyme reason justification why you should charge someone $250 to rekey a unit. Even though I chose not to renew my lease that's still outrageous to me. This rental agency put me through a stringent and time-consuming application process, charged me an application fee, and gave me the impression that I was moving forward with viewing a specific property—only to completely drop the ball on communication.
