Company to me to be shady. First off I don’t understand why each adult has to make different accounts and pay different application fees if we are staying together in the same household. And second the house I applied for that they received and application fee for was February 26 not one approved email or not approved letter or even we need more information letter…and also the house we viewed was filthy with roach bombs all over the house and had a lock key device but the back sliding door broken so it doesn’t close lol…plea... read more
I lived in a property Keystone took over went up on the rent so we put in an intent to vacate notice. I was informed that my rent would be prorated based on the date I asked to move out which was fine. The property was cleaned and the keys were returned to the office directly. Fast forward a couple years later and I have a collection agency calling me saying I owe 900+ dollars. I advised them that I have a letter from the company stating they took the prorated payment from my deposit and the check enclosed was the difference... read more
Currently Reside on a property of their's and i basically have no air and no hot water for the 3rd time even though we just moved in not even 6 months ago. Me and my girl has been sick constantly from the extreme heat then cold showers and they could care less for real. We reach out barely hears anything, and we they do come out its the bare minimum. My grandmother fail through a deck that they supposedly came to fix, none stop wasps , roaches, and worms coming from through cracks in the ceiling.
I’ve had a great experience with Keystone. Paige was fantastic. Always responded promptly to any messages. Process was done in 4 days although the house I wanted someone paid first which is understandable she let me know right away and offered me a refund or another property . We chose another property viewed it and paid the move in fees. Everything was fast and honest and respectful. Our family was treated great during this tiring situation. I will recommend you guys to friends and family. Thanks again.
