This place lacks customer service. In all the time I've ordered parts from this place nobody communicates over the phone that it's 6 months or 6k warranty. They just mention 6 months warranty. The manager then tells me it's mentioned on the paperwork. It's true it's mentioned in the paperwork but in very small font that anybody can miss it. I go by what's told over phone which is 6 months warranty. customer service it's terrible, the keep putting you on hold and no one is responsible.
-5 is what they deserve!! Customer service is horrible and they are not responsible for their mistakes. sold me a transmission that they never had and Sent me to a lockdown place to pick it up, waisted my time for 3 weeks!! !! They trying to be look like a big company but the reality is they are worse than a local junk yard with no experience! Never recommend this company to anyone.
