I am a small one man auto body shop in Westfield ,Mass. Keystone can be a good company if everything goes their way !! They charge collision repair shops a $5.00 misc. fee per order . One of their drivers told me not to pay it, others aren't paying. I recieved a phone call from Samantha from corporate office on 2-7-23. this is just the worst!! These workers should be fired! My husband is a part for our car. she was supposed to come in a week. he went to the office, was closed several times. then he learned toreno the item will come in as much as 2 weeks. Office hours from 8 to 4pm. My husband went over 6 times as it was permanently CLOSED!
