they don't keep their word
I had been looking for a specific colored fender for my jetta for a few weeks and finally found one at LKQ, according to their salesman and their website it was the color i needed and priced somewhat fair. I called up and spoke to someone ( after trying for a half hour to get through via phone) and had them pull it and have it ready as my driver wouldnt be able to wait a long time.
