36 minutes on hold after I wouldn't buy the $270 diff that the lady on the phone offered. I knew they had a diff for $94 dollars and they intentionally tried to rip me off for another $170. So after taking 3 days to send me the proper info I go to pick up the diff and get the run around again. "what was your name?" what was your order number?" RecommendedNot only because I work here but my coworkers & bosses are awesome. our sales reps go above & beyond to fulfill our customer's orders. Before you put your vehicle in a shop find out what you need exactly then order it through LKQ/Keystone and save yourself some money.
They treat their employees horribly and you don’t even know who your supervisor is because he is never there. My husband got fired for threatening someone while on overtime when he never said a word to the person he just did his job and came home.
I have TRIED to get ahold of you guys for a week and a half now!!!! Why is this impossible to even talk to someone from your location? I’ve even gone as far as to try and reach someone threw Facebook on your page... then I’ve called 9722251600 atleast 30 times.... I’ve always spoken soooooo highly of LKQ granted this location I’ve never dealt with.. But seriously 40+ calls and many different representatives from headquarters can’t even connect me to you!!!
Worst customer service ever. Called, they said they had the car door we need. Asked them to send us a photo to not to waste our time driving out there. They said they had the door. If it was in their computer they have it. They refused to send a photo. Drive all the way out there they do not have the door.
Received a defective steering rack and here we are 4 weeks later and they refuse to pick it up. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Our business will never been using LKQ again. Very rude and unprofessional.
