I own a local to Lubbock tx automotive repair facility I Bought an engine for a customers car 3.5 Nissan Altima lkq said they are tried and proven to run I’ve bought 6-8 motors in the past no issues fast delivery worked everytime till now we got the engine out in the car got the ca lifted went to install torque converter nuts motor would only rotate 3/4 of a full rotation each way pulled the motor back out verified the engine was no good lkq sent me another motor but are not willing to cover labor for install on the Bad moto... read more

I have done bussiness with this place fpr 20 plus years and had always had good experiences until the last year or so , Keystone does not deliver to my area so I have to drive 120 miles to them , they use to always make sure all my parts would be there ,the older desk clearks, Vicky , Larry , Marcus , were always totally awesome making sure my parts would be there, Trish has also always been great in the bussiness office but they are all gone now excdpt Trish :( often in the last year I would be told my parts are there onl... read more

We returned 2 small/inexpensive parts to their driver at which time, he signed our return document admitting that he picked the parts up. When we called, 2 weeks later to get a copy of the credit memo, we were met with frustration/anger and "We can't give you credit for that". Tricia Young was very unpleasant to deal with and her manager Patrick Carruth was even worse. I asked to talk to his boss and he told me that he was the top of the food chain at that location. Engine was supposed to be delivered to my shop days ago, operator Says she doesn't know whats going on, and said she couldn't assist me. They obviously need to organize their delivery. Waiting like this is costing me and my company $$. Very unprofessional..

We have used Keystone on multiple occasions and have always had a great experience. Yes you can tell they are understaffed for the amount of work they do but they have always handled business superbly.
