Very mixed as a collision center owner for over 25 years and buying from them the entire time. Since being bought out by LKQ 👎 returns on used parts are probably 80% JUNK but they try to sell as insurance quality. The service has gone way down. Just terrible their best employees are leaving in groves. Why? We also are getting really frustrated with this company bottom line they’re showing us they really don’t care and it’s really to bad. I’m sure we aren’t the only ones ready to say by by .
