Good place to work. But I wish they gave second chances. I had to quit to take care of my sick father. He passed away last year. And I could use a job again that makes good money
I bought a transmission for almost $2,000. My drove the car for 3 months just around the city and the transmission went out. We put in for the warranty and they denied it saying that too many miles were put on it. The guy that filled out the warranty asked how many miles my son drove and he thought that the transmission started with 96,000 miles so he told him 98,000-99,000 and the guy said we'll put 101,000. Been a customer since 2013 (when I went on QB-could be longer) and have always been a silicified customer until now. I ordered a wheel, set the box outside for my guys to mount a tire on it. Turns out they sent the wrong wheel. Absolutely no wiggle room to work things out. Will not take responsibility that they made their problem my problem. I would be happy to pay a restock fee; I don't need the wheel. So be POSITIVE you get the right wheel you order!!

terrible on customer service, we did order parts four times, and each time took five days to deliver the parts and two out of four never deliverd! we had to rich out a couple of times to reimburse the payment, horrible experience.
Had very bad experience, of buying Engine, was charged Core even though I brought core with me, was given a damage engine had to bring it back now waiting here for over an hour they can’t figure out what to do. LKQ Stockton CA
Randy's Body Shop Not a very good company that wants to give you your money back on returns and they make you wait months for your credit money. I'm a small autobody repair facility and I can't afford to have venders keep my money and work off of it. I've had to go to extremes methods as far as cancelling a check on an orders months later that they owed me my money back on a return. I have purchased replacement used radio/cd units for a Honda CRV (1) and a Lexus es300 (2). The first unit for the Lexus lasted several years, but I know that these units quit from time to time. Recently, I purchased the 2nd Lexus unit. The one they sent me was trashed and non-functional. Upon calling customer service, the young lady listened to my problem, found me another unit at no additional charge, and did NOT require that I send the first unit back!
