⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Customer service here is very poor. I was left on hold for over 16 minutes with no explanation, and the call was disconnected. I called back twice more and the sales representatives were extremely rude and unprofessional. Employees need to remember that they are not doing customers a favor — their salary comes from the sales they make and from customer satisfaction. I have been working with Ritchie for 2 years now ordering parts over the phone and he is the best! He' s very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure the part is correct as sometimes i have no clue what i need. Thank you Ritchie !

Never again! I'm now sitting here waiting on parts I was told were pulled and waiting by the door for me after they were supposed to be delivered a week ago. After waiting a week and being patient I called to ask what the status was and was told they were still waiting on two parts but when the parts were paid for by credit card over the phone I was told everything was in. I have been running a body shop for 38 years. There are a few decent people that care that work there, but as a company, they don't care one bit! Was supposed to get a part on Thursday 3-21 and I called the next day and they said Tuesday. I said that's okay as long as it's not longer than that, called the next day, still don't have it, called the next day still don't have it. They are the worst of the worst!
