⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Customer service here is very poor. I was left on hold for over 16 minutes with no explanation, and the call was disconnected. I called back twice more and the sales representatives were extremely rude and unprofessional. Employees need to remember that they are not doing customers a favor — their salary comes from the sales they make and from customer satisfaction. I have been working with Ritchie for 2 years now ordering parts over the phone and he is the best! He' s very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure the part is correct as sometimes i have no clue what i need. Thank you Ritchie !

Never again! I'm now sitting here waiting on parts I was told were pulled and waiting by the door for me after they were supposed to be delivered a week ago. After waiting a week and being patient I called to ask what the status was and was told they were still waiting on two parts but when the parts were paid for by credit card over the phone I was told everything was in.
