Prices are ok. Not cheapest. So many times wrong parts are delivered like in past reviews. Drivers are very nice. Some of my friends husbands order from here also. Woman who answers the phone and orders the parts seems a little unprofessional she will have personal conversations for 15 to 20 mins to guys ordering parts and has given out her personal cell phone for business. Find this to be not ok for someone running an office.
I have a few friends who's husbands order from here also. The wrong parts are usually delivered. Prices are ok but not cheapest. Their experience with the woman who runs the office seems inappropriate. She talks about personal business for at least 15 to 30 mins on the phone and gives her personal phone number out for work. For someone running an office this is unprofessional.
No one answers the phone on option 3 for paint and body supplies. Called 3 times and was on hold for 10 plus minutes each time before I hung up.
