Absolutely horrendous customer service by Cassandra. Speaking with her for a part and made to sound like I’m an idiot. The judgement and condescending attitude from this person who is supposed to be helpful? Just completely unnecessary. Go elsewhere.
Never Answer well long waiting on Phone Call
Poor service, don't expect to get helped if there is a part issue. And don't expect a credit either.
Lots of parts. But I go there regularly and often have to wait an hour or two for someone to get me parts that were ordered on a previous day. The real issue is they are very short staffed
Great place for body repair parts. Been a “CrossCanada” Customer since the 70's...
