I spent over 1000 dollars for a part i need. They refuse to send it to my address without forcing me to take a ENTIRE day off work to sit around waiting for the shipment so I can sign for it. I told them I am unable to get that much time off and I would happily sign a waiver allowing them to deliver it without a signature They refuse to deliver my item! LKQ are thieves and con artists i will tell my entire following to never use them again unless they fix this

I call the Keystone. I was waiting half hour. Someone answered the phone and he said just gave me minute then I will waiting25 minutes waiting then just telephone hang up on me the worst business ever see
