New management took over this property this past summer and they have been working hard to improve the property! Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and they seem to be making a lot of improvements the previous owners should’ve done.
I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment building. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe at all times. Management is responsive and professional, addressing maintenance requests quickly and communicating clearly with residents. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed.
Units are all newly renovated. The new management has been great and maintenance requests always get solved as soon as possible. Super responsive team that cares about making the property better. Would 100% recommend living here.
New management has been in charge of these apartments since the summer of 2024. They do an awesome job at fixing issues in a timely manner and doing updates to each building. I would strongly recommend renting from them.
We've found that it's less expensive for us to live here. I've become friends with one other tenant and enjoy her company. Maintenance has been quick to respond. It's nice we don't have so many steps to climb as we're older. It's very quiet here which we like.
