The Keystone Answering Service has been exceptional in their attentiveness and response to our needs as a practice. I have been working with for almost 14 years and it is one of the few answering services I can say has been consistently reliable, clear with communication and flexible to our practice’s changing needs. The staff at Keystone is very friendly, and our physician group has always only had a positive experience with them. The business is highly recommended from our standpoint.
Absolute disgrace for a company. Sammy who is apparently a supervisor not only ignored a gas leak issue but hung up several times because she couldn’t get a technician to call us about an emergency service. What a miserable Aweful human. Do t use this service for your business. Rude and aweful. All she cared about was trying to charge us for an after hours fee when the company she represents left us with a dangerous gas leak.
Dianna and the entire team have been our answering service for our medical practive for years. At night, weekends and off hours, they are always wonderful, professional and make it a bit easier to be on call and on demand. Patients and other professionals have complemented our practice on their service and this has been one of our driving factors of growth over time

Dianna is amazing to work with. Really understands the needs we have as a plumbing company. It’s nice to work with people that are knowledgeable specially when they are answering for your business. I would recommend anyone to give them a call and give them a try. I know you won’t be disappointed.
