For a person (51 years old) that has had a major fear of dentists (dentophobia) from severe early childhood trauma (5 or 6 years old) where a dentist pulled teeth after novocain wore off, these ladies were awesome kept me calm and collected and when I did start to freak out a little they instantly slowed and calmed me back down while they continued, now i have found a dentist that I will continue to use i left their office so happy that it wasn't a repeat of my childhood trauma
