Dr. Keyser decades of experience in psychiatry and balanced and measured approach are the reason I sought him out. You cannot treat bipolar disorder without a caring and compassionate physician. He is up there with Hippocrates.
I was treated by Dr. Keyser for a few months. After relocating back to NJ I needed to feel grounded and stable since my move was abrupt. He was very easy to talk to. He is funny and witty and has an interesting background. Our sessions were always full of conversation, never a silent moment in that office. He is articulate, insightful and compassionate. If you are looking for a good Psychiatrist with little dependency on the monster that is "Pharma," I recommend him. He is an organic take to therapy.
Dr. Keyser was a wonderful psychiatrist. I can't recommend him enough as he really helps and cares for his patients. He was super easy to get an appointment and always put the patient's needs first. He's extremely knowledgeable and will actually help you instead of just prescribing the typical medications.
Dr. Keyser was recommended to me by a friend who was suffering from anxiety her entire life, and finally found Dr. Keyser, who greatly helped her to overcome her anxiety so that now she is living a happy and normsl life. He was easy to schedule an appointment with. This is the last good thing that I can say. He was recommended to me through my insurance. It was only after the appointment that I learned that he does not actually take my insurance and that an hour of his time is $400. Furthermore, Dr Keyser appears to have a one medication solves all approach to Psychiatry. In particular, medications that are fairly regularly accepted by the field (SSRI's) are refereed to by Dr Keyser as "Ecstasy lite". Instead
