Can’t be trusted. They asked for $2300 up front and it’s still not fixed. Won’t return texts or phone calls. When you ask when your car will be ready they lie and tell you at the end of the day or the beginning of the next week. This has been going on for a couple of months now and they still have the car as of 10/16/2020

RecommendedCherokee Tire and Auto is the best auto care service in the business. Shawna Trimmell is so honest. I had half of my struts go out and they only charged me half because the top part of the struts where fine. Most auto care services would have charged me for the full set but not Cherokee Tire and Auto. They as honest as the day is long and they offer outstanding customer service. price is right & people are very friendly.
They suck.... they can’t even put the lug nuts back on the vehicle and then the fat man looking women wants to cuss customers....I won’t ever come back there nor recommend them... maybe the owner should buy his sister some salad!!!

Back in the day when they were known as Keys Tire, these fantastic folks have repaired everything from tires to A/C to oil changes to my ignition to an unfortunate meeting with a deer! They continue to give outstanding service. I highly recommend them!!
They did a great job on my wife's 300. Nice and courteous staff. Definitely recommend.
I was in a couple weeks ago , great service . They didn't have the size tire I needed , so they placed my spare for me . Really nice and very helpful. I will definitely be returning for services.
