Jayce was a tremendous service to me. I called on short notice asking for a full boat survey. He was able to make it work a day earlier than he had originally told me. Well the day before the inspection the dealer sent me some photos that ended in the boat being pulled from their lot and returned to the owner. Extremely unreliable, no communication. Supposed to come on Wednesday never showed. Never called I had to call him. He said it was too hot that he'll come thursday in the morning, so I took the day off work to drive down to our house to meet him at 1030, he never showed. These guys come to you . By guys I mean the owner and his helper(s). They are wearing clean uniform shirts. They take their shoes off before they step on the boat. They have a trailer full of parts for most jobs and order what they don't and then come back with it. They explain what they are doing so you can follow along. They troubleshoot things you didn't even call them about nd dont nickel and dime you over it. Their prices are fair and their work is professional. Horrible, horrible service. Needed to have the hours on my Honda 225 read. This requires a laptop with Honda software that Jayce said he had. Was one hour late at the marina I keep my boat at. Due to their regulations, he had to check in at the office and show proof of liability insurance. Did not do this, assuming he did not have coverage and walked right in.
