These guys come to you . By guys I mean the owner and his helper(s). They are wearing clean uniform shirts. They take their shoes off before they step on the boat. They have a trailer full of parts for most jobs and order what they don't and then come back with it. They explain what they are doing so you can follow along. Horrible, horrible service. Needed to have the hours on my Honda 225 read. This requires a laptop with Honda software that Jayce said he had. Was one hour late at the marina I keep my boat at. Due to their regulations, he had to check in at the office and show proof of liability insurance. Did not do this, assuming he did not have coverage and walked right in. I just acquired a 2006 Hydra Sport 3300. I was concerned when the boat was delivered as there were power, trim/tilt and throttle shifter issues. I called on a Friday and Keys Marine was out to see and diagnose my boat by the next Tuesday morning, despite having a filled schedule. Now my boat is up and running! I needed a 20 hour service on two new Honda 150s. The boat was in the water and needed it to come out for the servicing. I’m doing this alone and they couldn’t have made it easier for me. Met me at the boat ramp, backed my trailer in the water, and pulled me out. They did a wonderful job servicing the motors, helped put me back in the water, even washed the trailer off while I tied off the boat. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Thanks guys, see you in 80 hours.
Outstanding! In times (and some places) where competence and customer service seems in short supply, I came across this company. They delivered a three-point landing: (1) The right products, (2) installed properly and efficiently, and (3) excellent advice and guidance.
