great professional staff, fantastic time on the water, and educational! Highly recommend!!!
Our guide took 6 people who have never been on kayaks before on a harder trail. What was supposed to be a 2 hour , 4mile trip turned into 4 hours and 8 miles. At the end of the tour, our guide left 2 people behind and one of them got swamped when a big boat came by. The person ended up in the water with a flipped kayak and no tour guide around to help, even after blowing the emergency whistle. RecommendedGreat customer service ... no pushy salesmen here. Let us wonder around and decide what was right for ourselves . Offered to order in different colors or models for us if needed . Delivered the Kayaks for free within a reasonable time frame . Noticed repeat customers coming through while we were there as well , mentioning how they stop in to rent each year they are in town because of the good service. We took a two hour tour through the mangroves. The trip was nice. We were promised pictures, our guide took some and gave us a card telling us they'd be on the website. That was 2 months ago and they arent there. I called the shop and was given the phone number of our guide. They said to call her, I reached out multiple times but got no response!

Great kayak adventure today - 3 hour kayaking in the mangrove swamps. Will deffo be back when we are back in the Keys
The eco tour through the mangroves was awesome, saw a ton of fish, the guide was great!
