I contacted Mark Key via Angie's and met with him he is a slick salesman BEWARE!!! HE INSTALLED A HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM THE FIRST SUMMER I RAN THE COOLING THE SYSTEM STOPPED UP AND RUINED MY CEILING IN LIVING ROOM AND BATH! HE SHOULD HAVE INSTALLED A SAFETY PUMP TO PREVENT THIS BECAUSE MY SYSTEM IS IN MY ATTIC! HE DID THE JOB THE CHEAPEST WAY OUT BUT CHARGED ME FULL TOP DOLLAR! I LATER SUIED MARK KEY AND WAS AWARDED 3800 FOR MY INSULATION THAT HE NEVER INSTALLED AFTER I paid him BEWARE HE comes across as sincere however... read more

Beware, all the things listed in the prior complaints on this guy are 100% accurate. He’s been working an a project for an elderly friend of mine for many, many, months , which is still not complete . Signs you should notice: When you google him there’s no address listed for this quote “business”there’s your first sign . Same issues have played out. Excessive delays , for sickness, deaths etc basically any reason you can come up with to delay the work . And constantly coming back asking for more money. It’s not brain surgery... read more
