Horrible customer service
The company we went with to replace our countertops didn't have any samples of a specific product so they sent us to Daltile. The counter company called ahead to let them know we would be coming. I also called ahead to make sure they had the sample and to check their business hours. So far so good. We drove a good 45 minutes to Daltile. We were greeted when we walked in. I delivered marble in daltile in all over the us never had an issue, in this store they are lazy and don’t want to work and don’t care about drivers time, won’t be back here to deliver.
