I recentley had a virtual visit with Key's For Hope. From the initial phone call to remind me of my upcoming appointment, I was treated with care and respect. The team wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and understood what was expected of me during my appointment. I received my forms a head of time so that I can have them filled out prior to the visit. I had a couple of questions after my initial phone call and the team was quick to respond with an answer. The insurance issues seems to be a common theme, we experienced the same issue with our daughter. She refused to work with the insurance company and was extremely rude when questioned. She stated up front that she took our insurance, but our insurance would not accept her codes.

I was referred to Keys of Hope in August 2024 by my sons doctor. When Dr. Tower reached out to me, she informed me that she was scheduling into February 2025 and when I asked if she took my insurance, she said she did. Come September, she contacted me and said that she had a cancellation and if I was available to come in. I said yes and made arrangements with my work.
