Great staff good service
I called up on Friday with a broken permanent retainer that needed fixing, the receptionist was lovely and able to fit me in first thing on Monday morning. My dentist Dr Ivanna Yap was very thorough in her work and attention to detail. I really appreciated how accommodating she was. All the staff were warm and friendly I will make this my regular dental clinic
I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. The hygienist Kelly was caring, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The whole team genuinely seemed to care about my comfort and wellbeing, and they made what is usually a stressful appointment feel relaxed and positive. Disappointed with the reception experience here. We waited a long time for my daughter's appointments, and when we followed up, we were told they'd called to confirm and had given the appointment away when they didn't hear back. I never received a call. The policy that you must respond to a text or lose your appointment is unreasonable — not everyone can check their phone constantly during work hours. The lady on the phone was also rude and unprofessional when I raised this. Won't be returning 🤟🤟
