As a former renter of one of the properties managed by her company, they need to improve on communication, transparency, ethics and customer service. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with the property management. I do not recommend using her or her services while being in the industry myself. Referrals are key in the industry and you need take care of your people not knowing how it can come back.
This is a terrible company. They are rude and once they get you in a lease they don't do any repairs and they try to charge you for anything they can. they literally rob people. RUN from this company!!
