The most kind, honest and efficient group of people I’ve met! I 10/10 recommend. Caleb in particular along with many others in the group were very nice and I couldn’t have asked to meet anyone else so friendly and trustworthy.
Pitiful place! I don’t know how anyone spoke to anyone when they don’t bother to ever answer their phones or return the calls when messages are left! I’ve had problems with one of their properties and left messages to which I’ve gotten NO RESPONSE
After renting from keyrenter for 3 years they have served us a letter of non renewal just 60 days before our lease is up. After multiple communication issues we are now possibly without a home as a family this is the worse thing that can happen. Only rent from keyrenter if its the absolute last option.
