Carson was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole rental process, from scheduling our viewing, walking us through the application process and fees, to even making sure everything went smoothly with the move in.
I would never rent a house from Keyrenter Alexandria. I’ve been in my home for a little over week, and there is a water leak spot on the ceiling that grows every time it rains. So far, the property manager has not been responsive to this. The house now smells of dampness. The washing machine is also absolutely filthy with hair and scum from the old tenants.
