Keyrenter is trustworthy and they only hire the best of the best. I strongly suggest this team to manage your properties whether you are an investor, new to real estate, or recently came into any properties.
Keyrenter does not have an office here. There is only a mailbox to drop something off. They have made several mistakes with my utilities. They still owe me a $75.00 credit. They are ignoring me. I do not recommend you rent from this place now that they are under new management. When Michael Simmons was there it was great! I never leave posts like this, but I'm at my whits end! Best property management company hands down! Adam has been so helpful, communicative, and clearly explained the problem at my rental property, how he plans on fixing it for the tenants, and was able to find a great vendor who handled the work with speed and at a fair price! I highly recommend to any investor with properties in Indianapolis
