So far my experience with Keyrenter Boise has been excellent. I appreciate the detailed monthly statements as well as the friendly and quick customer service they provide. I also appreciate the "hands off" nature of the arrangement. Not having to vet renters and deal with rent collection and property maintenance has made my overall experience very positive
Feeling frustrated. Part of the keyrenters set up system is for you, the renter, to set up your utilities before receiving your key to move in. They send you a link with what seemed to be the utility companys' contacts to set everything up. After setting up a power account with my local power utility provider, I tried to set up water only to find that the provided contact was for the wrong city.
