I would not recommend them at all! slow to responded period and to top it off I didn't chose to use them our property manager was changed mid year and with that I got the worst part of it with them not knowing the property before we had rented it. with that in mind the repairs when it came down to the return of deposit I got nothing back and on top of that owed them money?? I will not rent from them again! and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for something in the area, stay clear of Keyrenters!!
I’ve worked with property managers for decades, Kyle and his team are at the very top of my list as the best. Highly knowledgeable as well as personal they have executed with the highest degree of professional for each of my properties they manage. Excellent communication, their software dashboard is clear and concise allowing an executive platform to swiftly analyze my investments. I highly recommend Key Mgmt!!!
