Communication, when it is in their advantage, goes very well. If problems arise, they avoid communicating well unless you hound them.Then it takes a lot of hounding to get even a fraction of information you need from them. They dropped us quickly saying it was not from a situation that arose. It it obviously was. We had done nothing wrong, and we were very upfront and honest.
