Keyrenter has done a good job with communication and follow-through thus far. Communication is a strength for KeyRenter! There has only been one hiccup as there tend to be with any company/ business, but they took care of it quickly and correctly. Their staff is very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. I'm very happy with their service. The only complaint I have is that it seems that most of the contractor's they bring in tend to be on the expensive side. Pros: They’ve been really easy to work with. Got my property rented quickly. Upfront and transparent. Good communication. Cons: The handyman they used sent a crazy expensive bid for very basic maintenance. Just do your own work or get your own people to fix stuff.
