Slumlords avoid at all cost. Prior renters will trash a place and they will not clean it to satisfaction. Roach fecal matter caked all in the fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher. On top of that they will attempt to blame you so keep everything well documented (I have pictures and documentation of every nasty thing in this house Roaches Rats Mice etc) on the condition of the place you’re renting. Sophie was top notch on any questions and answers, she is extremely kind and gets back to you very quickly and professionally. She treats you with respect and makes you feel very welcomed. She is the best person I have worked with so far looking for a property. I highly recommend their properties from the professionalism and just being kind humans, their properties are extremely nice and taken care of properly.
