Do not rent from here. First they showed a larger apartment with a dishwasher as our unit. The unit supplied had no dishwasher and a small kitchen. The property regularly turns water off. They have a big problem. Constantly fumigating on the property. One of the tenants had submitted payment through their portal on the first, and the money was not attempted to be deducted the 6th. We been here for almost 5 years and they have always took care of us anytime we needed something. Everything has been smooth sailing on our end. Don’t listen to the past bad reviews, lots of things have changed since then for the better!!

I've put off writing a review even though I've been enticed with a gift offer multiple times. I didn't want to rush to review something i had not spent time with. But today, after an incident that included an unfair business practice, im compelled to write. My car was indeed towed. I overlooked the email sent to the day after I initiated the parking permit process and paid for the permit.
