If you're a small business owner and these people are calculating your CAM, look it over thoroughly. They use a 10-day high pressure tactic to get you to simply pay it. There WILL be an overage every year you have to pay (they find a way). This year, our "administrative fees" rose 23% and our R&M doubled. In a prior year I caught them charging me for TWICE the sq footage to work my percentage. Incompetent tools that your landlord will love due to increased revenue. No integrity.
