Fantastic experience working with keynote realty. When I need to contact an agent they are always extremely quick to respond. They work very hard for their clients and cover a pretty great area in SE Ohio and beyond. Take a look at the sales numbers on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis. The numbers don’t lie. If I could leave negative stars, I would! WARNING: this will be lengthy! So, my family of 5 (3 children, 2 parents) have been renting and maintaining (to the best of our ability) a residence for almost 5 years, now, on a month to month lease. Our original landlord sold his properties and moved out of state in September. This is when Keynote Realty took over. Horrible experience. I gave them my information and they were not forth coming about their process. The utilize other bots that capture your information. They are non-responsive and they do not accept responsibility. I am not sure if it is a legit rental entity at this point. I have received calls, emails, and text from bots since i provided them with my info, but no contact about the information I asked for not very reputable in my opinion.
