I've tried to have two different keys copied here and both times they did not work. Maybe I need to pay the $2.99 "upgrade" that offers a "smoother cut"? When they're already $8.99 a key what the heck am I paying for? Luckily the refund process was easy and simple, it seems they're used to their keys not working. Absolutely avoid this company.

Just last Sunday, they quoted $80–120 to open my lock. Technician couldn’t pick it, so suddenly it was $170 to break the knob, plus another $100 for a flimsy replacement—$270 total. Not even a week later, the new knob is already loose and feels like it’s about to fall off. Oh, and they left my floor covered in metal shavings like I was their cleanup crew.
