i would give 0 stars if i could. said there was someone on the way and then no one showed up. called back and they never sent anyone. communication was super confusing. i would not recommend this to anyone
This is a scam. DONT CALL unless you are able to get pricing from them Like others said, they just come up with pricing on the spot. I called because I was locked out of my house. It took their tech 10 min to call me and he was rushing me off the phone. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for pricing. Literally 2 minutes later we were able to get back inside. I called the number right back but it went to their general line. So the guy was using a spoofer number to make it hard to reach back out to him. Huge predatory tactic. I... read more
I wish there was more set pricing, it makes you feel uneasy when the quote doesn’t depend on the make and model of the vehicle and distance traveled if you only receive the price when they’re already on site after they see what you look like, what kind of neighborhood youre in or various other potentially biased things. I was charged $165 for being locked out of my car with the keys in the ignition and car is running. Not sure how pricing is determined in this industry but the distance from the guy was 15 min.
