I wish there was more set pricing, it makes you feel uneasy when the quote doesn’t depend on the make and model of the vehicle and distance traveled if you only receive the price when they’re already on site after they see what you look like, what kind of neighborhood youre in or various other potentially biased things. I was charged $165 for being locked out of my car with the keys in the ignition and car is running. Not sure how pricing is determined in this industry but the distance from the guy was 15 min. I lost my keys in a store a technician came but had to call someone to program the key to the ignition but didn’t make sure the key worked in the door. (Neither did I) I paid the 389.00. The next morning when I went to get in my car.. My key didn’t open the door. So I called the number and receptionist called the technician. He said he’ll be there in an hour and never showed. So I called again, and again, and again. I got hung up on my the female receptionist numerous times. The manager was no help. She said she would call m... read more
