Highly unprofessional lockout experience- the guy they sent refused to give a quote over the phone for a simple doorknob lockout, but promised to be there in 20 minutes. He then did not answer two calls after he hadn't shown up for 70 minutes. He finally showed up 1 hr 25 minutes after saying "20 minutes," told me he would have to drill my lock rendering it un-usable, and it would be $250. I sent him away. Rip off. I called another locksmith, they showed up in 25 minutes and had the door unlocked- without drilling- for $120.... read more

Chris was very helpful, fast and efficient and had amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
Not sure if was human error. The key does not work. It looks like the picture on the screen. It is just a before the cut key. It seemed easy enough.
