I compared both keys and they did not match at all. One cut on the original key is squared but, on the copy it is round. I already knew it wouldn't work. Got back home and tried the copy. Behold, as I predicted, the key did not work. A waste of time and money.
Pretty expensive for a simple key copying, and it tries to upcharge you over and over and over in the most obnoxious way. The key works, but the cut is sloppy—there are sharp metal bits hanging off one side I’m going to have to file down on my own. Will definitely just go to the hardware store next time.
