Do not ever use this company for a lock out service. I had been locked out and just called the nearest place because I was desperate since my phone was dying, so I couldn’t do any research. When a person got here, he said he had to drill into the deadbolt lock to unlock it, that there was no way to pick it (I later found out this is false, people only do that if they’re trying to sell you a new lock, which he was). Keys did not cut right and were not usable, customer service was helpful and refunded money really fast
Do NOT GO TO THIS KIOSK!!!! They legit sent me TWO UNGRAVED KEYS that have absolutely NO value to my vehicle and I, aren’t you supposed to help me get a key?? Ugh very frustrating and disappointing I was really counting on this to work.
