Kiosk card reader doesn’t work (or at least doesn’t move from charge screen to printing the keys).
Do not ever use this company for a lock out service. I had been locked out and just called the nearest place because I was desperate since my phone was dying, so I couldn’t do any research. When a person got here, he said he had to drill into the deadbolt lock to unlock it, that there was no way to pick it (I later found out this is false, people only do that if they’re trying to sell you a new lock, which he was).
