Not there anymore
Very unprofessional service. They quoted us $30 when it was $220.
The new key didn't work in the door. Some small groves were ignored in the new key, which might be fine for some locks, but won't work for others. EDIT (January 2, 2022): Immediately after filling out a survey KeyMe sent via email, I was contacted and my purchase was fully refunded, so I've modified my review from 1 to 4 stars.
