My poor aunt, who does not speak English well, locked herself out of her room and left the key inside the room. I had to scrambled to find a reasonably price locksmith to help her. I called a few places and fortunately Leo was able to give us a reasonable price due to my aunt fixed income. Leo was patience and quick to resolved the lock. Thanks again Leo for your help! Really appreciate you!

I love the key kiosk, but the 3 keys I made all require some jiggling to find the sweet spot. By this I mean input in the key, and have to slowly pull it back until it engages. Maybe there was a better way to position the source key? I do not know.

Expensive but fine service. However, after scanning your key and choosing your order up pops a phone number field which is required to complete your order. Then you get a text, which allows you to opt out of any more messages. But no, even after that, opting out it texts you again and requests a review on Google. Don't put in your real phone number.
