Absolutely terrible experience. Seemed as if they would send someone immediately, but it took multiple hours to get someone on site. Was referred to a secondary vendor and the locksmith said he was 20 minutes away. In reality, it took him over an hour due to a “flat tire”. After 20 minutes I began calling him but he did not answer and had no voicemail...called him 10 times before getting a call back. He told KeyMe he was already on site after 20 minutes, but when I finally spoke to him he apparently had a car accident. Worst... read more
