I got SCAMMED - they left a hole in my door and tried charging me $450 - the only REAL locksmith in Evanston is Johnson's on Maple Ave
It’s not working
I cannot recommend this machine. It is slow, unreliable and expensive: l scanned two keys, the machine let me select which design I wanted, and I chose two in-stock designs as I needed the keys immediately. The machine then offered me a third key for free, so I selected an extra key and scanned it. After processing for a long time, showing "working on key 1 of 3", it spit out my extra key, and did not give any explanation where the other two - the ones I really needed! - were.
