Over the phone they said service was going to be $89 when they got here and opened they charged me $100 for opening the $89 was a service fee . They did not state that over the phone

Hi, I need to call you tomorrow. None of my keys worked. The original key works on both locks . The keys I got only works on the bottom lock. This is the second I used your service, the first time was great.
