Dude came in at 6pm, said the lock needed to be drilled immediately without even trying to lockpick it, and charged me $80 just to come there and not do anything He wanted to charge me over $300 to drill through the lock... At that stage why not just smash through the door... Edit: just to clarify, I am a hotel room right now because he didn't get me into my apartment and took $80 from me for no labor. He quoted me $145 and up on the phone, and ended up trying to charge over double to destroy the lock instead
Conveniently located and a very efficient copying process. Wish there was an easier way to log in and save keys but it’s otherwise great!
My brother called KeyMe after getting locked out of his car. The person he spoke with said someone would call him within a few minutes to coordinate a meeting spot. We made the call at 7:00 PM — and after hours of waiting with no response, we finally received a text at 10:30 PM saying they couldn’t help him. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would rely on KeyMe. This experience was incredibly frustrating, unreliable, and reflects very poorly on how they do business.
