Worst customer service ever! I explained what my issue was over phone and he was completely rude, didn’t want to even hear what my issue was with the door and then he transferred me to a technician who barely spoke English I explained to him what my issue with door was told me he can come check it out but he will have to charge me a service fee of $29…cool. This is not a local business and not even legit? I called and ended up speaking to someone in NY. I am in Morro Bay. This service sucks.
None of the three keys I paid for matched my key. The kiosk told me it was okay if my key looked different it was a precise cut. It was not. I wasted $21 on this.
First time using the kiosk. Key worked perfectly!
