This is not a local business and not even legit? I called and ended up speaking to someone in NY. I am in Morro Bay. This service sucks.
None of the three keys I paid for matched my key. The kiosk told me it was okay if my key looked different it was a precise cut. It was not. I wasted $21 on this.
First time using the kiosk. Key worked perfectly!
Cut a duplicate house key and took advantage of their 3 keys for 2 price. I wasn't too sure the brass keys would properly work as the machine cut was not as exact as the original I used (Kwikset lock and key). However, upon testing the keys out, they did work, but tightly and not as smooth as the original..... acceptable.
